A nice stroll along the promenade and perhaps a visit to the Gothic Cathedral which dates back to the 14th century and took some 300 years to finally be completed. The Arab Baths, Almudaina Palace and gardens are also worthy of your time. Legend has it there was once a Dragon on the island and in the end it was slain - its remains can be viewed in the Diocesan Museum. The other rather interesting myth that is told over and over here is about the witches who took away a man's hump and then gave it to another man who got angry with them..........
