Want to have some more fun - how about Karting or Quad Biking. If you really want to push the boat out take that once in a lifetime Camel ride for the ultimate experience.
Now for some food - Mojo sauces, succulent strews and hearty soups. Prefer freshly made salads, sea food and of course lashing of wine - much of which is made on the island. Indulge in the delicious desserts and then perhaps rest a while.
