Visit the main town of Mahon to see the Gin distillery and watch the whole process and do some shopping whilst you're there - leather goods, handicrafts, shoes, sandals, gifts, jewellery and local produce.

For those who are sporty - there are many options - lots of walkers come here and enjoy the spring time flowers and plants and just 7 miles to the west of Mahon you will find the Cales Coves - prehistoric caves that are wonderful to explore. Wind surfing, water ski-ing, sailing, golfing, cycling and horse back riding are just some of the things you can do.
