Good stuff: A grand old hotel with a modern interior. Wonderful staff. Good central location.

Bad stuff: My room on on the first floor appeared to be over the Metro line so early moring rumbling tended to wake me.

Overall: The hotel building was attractive (grand, old facade on a lovely boulevard in a good central location) with a wonderfully refurbished interior. The staff were most helpful, the bathrooms superb and the breakfast buffet excellent (it enabled us to fill up, make the most of the day and not eat again until dinner).
