Calle Cuchillaria is the main street filled with ancient architecture - walk in to the courtyard of Casa del Cordon - no 24 and view the fine works dating back to the 13th and 16th century and then move on to no 58 where you can visit the Palace of Bendana with its ornate staircase and quaint courtyard.
Cathedral de Santa Maria dates back to the 14th century and contains a collection of amazing art work. The "neo-Gothic" Cathedral of Maria Inmaculada is a massive building close to the Gardens of Florida and well worth a visit.
