Roman workmanship must be admired at the Cathedral which has been constructed inside the original Mezquita Mosque - so beautiful was the Arabian creation the Romans left it for all to enjoy to this day. Walk over the Roman Bridge, past the Moorish waterwheels and over the other side of the River Guadalquivir and where you can enjoy panoramic views across the city.
Take a trip out of the city and along the Olive Oil route to discover the villages and castles and landscapes from Jaen, Cordoba and Granada. You will hit several ancient villages - be sure to stop and explore.
Fine restaurants serving local dishes, tapas and international cuisine all washed down with local wines are to be enjoyed every evening with your favourite people.
