 Our 18th century palace is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy feeling part of a bygone era and still have all the modern amenities. At your fingertips you have every kind of cultural delight you can think of - art, music, fine food and wine, local delicacies such as San Miguel lager, tapas and a little known aperitif called "Bittters" - a red fizzy but alcoholic drink which goes very well with a bowl of olives!
We serve a buffet breakfast in our breakfast room and all our ensuite rooms are fully equipped with all your daily needs including complimentary toiletries, CD Player, air conditioning as well as fresh towels.
Just a few steps from the door and you are in the Gorgeous Gothic area where apart from the Cathedral you have a wealth of historical buildings to explore. Out on to Las Ramblas and you have the most spectacular array of flowers, birds, gifts, seating areas serving cool drinks and tapas and outside the tree lined avenue a wonderful collection of every kind of shop.
Take the tube up to Sagrada Familia or across to Plaza de Espanya and then up to Montjuic where you can visit the Olympic Stadium, Spanish Village and view the whole city and out to sea.
