Spacious, elegant ensuite accommodation with all modern amenities providing you with an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
Once you have breakfasted you are set for a day of adventure. We suggest that you see the beautiful and breathtaking Cathedral which was built within the Mezquita Mosque - created by the Arabs and so amazing that the Romans left it intact - it sits right in the centre of the city and is surrounded by the Moorish and Jewish quarters. The Jewish Quarter is where you will find one of the last remaining synagogues of Spain and tiny streets filled with interesting architecture.
The Alcazar de los Reyes Cristanos is the place Columbus first requested funding for his famous journey across the Atlantic. Gorgeous walled gardens, water features and flower beds fill the grounds and make for a wonderfully relaxing stroll.
There are a number of museums of interest, including Archaeology, Bullfighting, Fine Arts and one paying tribute to the life and works of Julio Romero.
There are some lovely pottery and ceramic displays with designs that cover bygone ages - a little bit Arabic, Spanish and Mayan - colours and shapes to delight any taste. Leather work introduced by the Moors, Silverware and other jewellery, the famous Cordoba Hat and lace all form the arena of shopping and handicrafts to be found all over the city.
A wealth of fine restaurants where you can relax and simply enjoy the food and wine with friends.
