There's another kind of dance here - the Equestrian Ballet - something you can see every Thursday over at the Real Escuela Andaluza de Arte Equestre.
Be sure to indulge in the gorgeous gastronomy here - garlic, olive oil, seafood, salads and the lush and smooth wines of the region. There are some speciality restaurants and an abundance of tapas bars where you can sample small dishes of different foods and simply sip the Jerez and chat with the locals.
