 We are located in one of the oldest parts of the city known as Poble Nou which has its own Ramblas and a unique identity - wonderful for early evening aperitifs sitting in the shady tree lined avenue.
The Olympic Village and golden sandy beaches are inviting, soak up the sunshine, splash in the sea and enjoy a fish meal. The large park which is home to the Zoo and Modern Art Museum is a few minutes away and leads on to the main port area known as Barceloneta with its cool cafes, glorious gift stores and restaurants is a little further around and leads on to the exhibition centres including Emax - the first Virtual Reality cinema in Europe and a great place to take the children.
Main points of interest to see are Las Ramblas which starts at the Monument of Columbus and where you will find the Maritime Museum all the way up to Plaza de Catalunya. Home to the Gothic Quarter, Cathedral, Liceo Opera House and where you will also find the Tourist Information Office.
La Sagrada Familia - the famous Gaudi designed cathedral that is estimated to take 200 years to complete, Montjuic, the Olympic Stadium, Spanish Village and fabulous evening fountain shows blended with colour and music are all must sees whilst you are in our beautiful city.
