Express by Holiday Inn Valencia Escritor Rafael Ferreres, 22
Plenty of choice in accommodation and we cater for meetings and business folk. Close by you are able to visit the Prince Felipe Museum and experience the culture and leisure on offer.
The City of Arts and Science is spread over four main buildings - L'Hemisferic which is the planetarium and there's a huge Imax cinema showing science and geography documentaries. The Museo de las Ciencias Principe Felipe is where you will find displays of the latest technology. L'Oceanografic is a favourite with the children and welcomes you to the underwater world of the ocean - here you can walk through tunnels and see the sharks and other sea creatures swimming around you - fantastic experience. There's also a Dolphinarium here too with shows and some interactive stuff too. Finally the Palacio de las Artes is the auditorium and this is the place for those plays, operas and music shows. Fabulous place and prity much everything covered.
Don't miss a visit to the sacred Cathedral - believed to have been the home of the mythical Holy Grail. Climb the ancient tower and enjoy fabulous views out across the city.
Gastronomic delights fill the air with aromas and delicious colour and tastes - this is the place to eat Paella - with meats, fish and vegetables - the best in Spain. Other delicacies to try include those for the sweet tooth - cakes and pastries made with almonds, coconut - try the doughnuts and the anisette rolls - wonderful with a cafe con leche!
