Cancellation Policy for Hotels Booked Using Hotels in Spain Ltd

The policy of each hotel should be made plain to you during the booking process. It should also be sent to you on the email confirmation of your reservation. However, this policy may be different for each hotel. The policy may also be different, depending on what date you book your rooms, when you wish to arrive and what type of room you book.

Usually, if you cancel within one day of your arrival, this is enough notice and you should not be charged by the hotel. However, this is not always the case. Some rooms have a no refund policy.   3. You should have the cancellation form in front of you now. Follow the simple instructions on screen.
  4. Enter the detail required, making sure they match with the confirmation email we sent you, including the email address you used.
  5. You should receive a confirmation of your cancellation, similar to the booking confirmation.
